Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we take payment and confirm the order by email. Occasionally we may need to decline — for example if an item cannot be produced, or a price was listed in error — in which case we refund you in full and explain why.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and shown before you pay. Payment is taken through PayPal at the time you order.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within 2 business days. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and are estimates rather than guarantees. See Shipping for details.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Full details, including who pays return shipping, are on our Returns & refunds page.
Our products
Our products are made from natural materials such as wood and acrylic, so grain, colour and finish vary slightly between pieces. Photographs are representative rather than exact. Items are sold for their intended use and are not toys unless described as such.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
