Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you place an order we collect:

• Your name and shipping address, so we can send your order
• Your email address, for your confirmation and tracking
• What you bought and what you paid

You don't need to create an account to buy from us, and we never ask you for a password.

Payment information

Payments are handled by PayPal. Your card details go directly to them and never reach our servers — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus a transaction reference. PayPal's handling of your data is covered by their own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only where it is needed to complete your order:

• PayPal, to take payment
• ShipStation and the carrier, to print a label and deliver your parcel
• Our email provider, to send your confirmation and tracking

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your personal details at any time, though we may need to retain the transaction record itself to meet our legal obligations.

Cookies and browser storage

We use browser storage to remember your cart and to keep you signed in to view your own orders. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
