Shipping

How quickly we ship

Orders leave us within 2 business days. Most of what we sell is cut and finished in our own shop, so that window is production time as much as packing time.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. An order placed over the weekend starts counting from Monday.

Delivery time

Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery typically takes a few more days depending on where you are and the service used. Transit time is in the carrier's hands rather than ours, so we can't guarantee a delivery date — but tracking will show you where things stand.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within a few days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email us and we'll resend it.

Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States. If you're outside the US and would like something, email help@c4labs.com and we'll let you know what's possible.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, and is only charged where we're registered to collect it. You'll see the exact amount in your order summary before you pay.
